The House

5000 sq. ft. with 12' high ceilings, four bedrooms, a study, and six and a half baths with two jetted tubs. Upper level features a study, state of the art kitchen furnished with Wolf & Subzero appliances, and opens into a spacious dining and living area.

3000 sq. ft. lower level contains an entertainment center and game room. The outdoor space includes two 1000 sq. ft. decks with incredible views of Fort Pond Bay. Sleeps ten with linens and towels provided.

The Property

Situated on a full acre adjacent to the Culloden Point Nature Preserve the grounds are beautifully landscaped and offer a quiet escape from the distractions of city life.

Relax in the 36' by 16' salt water gunite pool, sunbath on the 1500 sq. ft. deck, soak in the 8' by 8' hot tub on a chilly night or fire up the outdoor grill and cook up a feast.
